PCCC Burial Fees

  • $2,000 human burial

  • $950 human cremated remains burial

For each burial we include a free, small brass marker, and the placement of up to 15 chairs and a table with water/cups at the gravesite. The burial fee is charged for the opening and closing of the grave; we only charge for services rendered at the time of burial. As an exempt cemetery, we do not sell burial spaces or merchandise. We invest a portion of every service fee in a perpetual care endowment fund to provide care for the cemetery in the future.

As a nonprofit community cemetery, PCCC carries an exempt-cemetery license which means we cannot accept payment before a death occurs. To learn more about planning a burial at PCCC, click here.

The $2,000 fee for a body burial has not increased since our first burial in 2010. However, our operational cost (staff, land restoration & enhancements, insurance and educational workshops, etc.) has significantly increased over the years. If you can afford to do so, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to help us maintain a burial fee that is affordable to the widest segment of our community. Any amount you pay over the burial fee is acknowledged as a charitable contribution to Prairie Creek Conservation Cemetery.
